Working closely with the Head Chef and culinary team, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen. Dive into cleaning, dish pit duty & the daily food prep, ensuring top-notch quality while following hygiene and safety protocols. This role isn't a walk in the park – our outlets are buzzing, and we're on the lookout for hardworkers ready to turn kitchen chores into a snowy spectacle. About the Role

• preparation of menu items and ski area cuisine adhering to company recipes, and Head Chef Instructions, to ensure consistency 
• all mis-en-place is prepared fresh with adequate prep, in time for service 
• stock control and planning for variances in trading, minimisation of wastage 
• communicating with & serving customers 
• always maintaining a clean and tidy section and kitchen 
• completing tasks and necessary record keeping required by the Food Control Plan 
• assist in other areas of the department as required 
• washing dishes, scrubbing pots and sterilising equipment 
• good communication with other kitchen team members and Front of House team 
   

About You

• previous experience in a commercial or high volume kitchen is desirable 
• Food Safety or Basic Cookery certificate are desirable
• must understand basic Food safety practises
• excellent customer service skills
• high level of personal presentation and hygiene
